Disadvantages of direct screening:
1. Prone to abnormal or non operating faults of the motor; Check if the power supply is out of phase or powered off, check if the socket has poor contact, check if the motor coil is burnt out, if too much lubricating oil is injected, or if the bearings are severely worn;
2. The sealing element is damaged quickly; Observe whether the bundle ring is locked tightly, tighten the bundle ring bolts, if there are signs of movement, tighten the bundle ring bolts, and if the material has temperature, replace the sealing element with a high-temperature resistant sealing material;
3. The sieve is easily damaged; If the screen is not tightened, replace and adjust the screen. If the feeding is uneven, change the feeding method or install a distributor. If there is a large amount of feeding in an instant, change the feeding method or install a distributor. If there are foreign objects in the material, pay attention to the control of the previous process.
