The three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen is excited by a vertical motor, with eccentric heavy hammers installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. It transforms the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmits this motion to the screen surface, causing the material to move outward and gradually on the screen surface. Therefore, this series of vibrating screens is called rotary vibrating screens.

The rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of long material operation trajectory and high screen surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the heavy hammers at the upper and lower ends, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed. It can perform fine screening, probability screening, and other functions on the material.

After the rotary vibrating screen is started, its power device, namely the eccentric blocks of different phases at the upper and lower ends of the vibrating motor, generates a composite inertial force due to the high-speed placement effect. This inertial force forces the vibrating body of the screen machine to perform a reverse rotation motion, and the screen frame continuously reciprocates under the vibration force, driving the screen surface to vibrate periodically when entering the ground, thereby causing the materials on the screen surface to move in a directional and active manner along with the screen box, Materials smaller than the aperture of the sieve surface fall to the lower layer through the sieve hole, becoming the undersize material. 

Materials larger than the aperture of the sieve surface are discharged from the discharge port through continuous jumping motion, ultimately completing the screening work. The motion trajectory of the vibrating body of the rotary vibrating screen is a complex three-dimensional curve in space. The projection of this curve on the horizontal plane is circular, and the projection on the two vertical planes is two identical ellipses.

In practical application, by adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed, thus achieving different screening operations.
