Case Description

Advantages:

All kinds of particles, powder and mucus can be screened within a certain range. The screening can be as fine as 600 meshes or 0.002mm, and the filtering can be as small as 2 microns.

Description:

The rotary vibration screen uses the vibration motor as the excitation source, and the upper and lower ends of the motor are equipped with eccentric weights to transform the rotary motion of the vibration motor into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends can change the movement track of the material on the screen surface.

Action on principle

The basic principle is to use the weight (uneven weight) installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft to transform the rotating motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then convey this motion to the surface. If the phase angle of the upper and lower weights is changed, the direction of the raw material can be changed.
